Led by chef Lola Demille and baker Richard Snapes, Wild Things brings together sourdough, seasonal plates, ferments, fire cooking and wild ingredients, working closely with Wendling Beck Market Garden to turn carefully grown produce into generous food for sharing. A nurturing early years setting established by Zoe Quelch in 2026 where children learn, play and grow in confidence. Nature’s Nook supports families, encourages curiosity and independence, and is working towards Forest School accreditation to strengthen its outdoor learning and nature-based approach
Carrie and her team provide caring, professional dog grooming that supports pets’ health, comfort and confidence. Four Paws promotes animal welfare and responsible pet ownership, while creating social value through apprenticeships, skills development and training routes into animal care.
